Opening up about my struggle with fertility in my latest Behind The Songs video felt crazy and scary and simultaneously incredibly healing. Having been on this journey for the past 2. In my experience, sharing my struggles, while terrifying, has often been the real start of growth and healing and peace around whatever it may be that I'm going through at the time. I think part of that is because sharing begets more sharing, and when we learn we are not alone in our experiences it can be an extremely powerful realization. I wanted to send a huge thank you to everyone who has responded with their own stories--both those similar to my own and those about the many other times in life we might get caught up in waiting for something.
