PFLAG is a nonprofit organization unaffiliated with any religious or political institutions. Our members come from all walks of life. We are straight, we are gay or lesbian, we are bisexual. We are transgendered. We are moms and dads, siblings, grandparents, aunts and uncles, friends, children and allies. We come from large cities and small towns.

The move came after the parents' sexual orientation drew the attention of the parish priest, the Rev. Bill Breslin, and the Denver archdiocese.
